  Description : CERTIFICATION OF ISO 9001:2015 in all VCWD process covered by QMS that includes the VCWD Main Office and Water Testing Laboratory
  
  With the following conditions:
  
  Contract Validity period is for three (3) years;
  Quoted price should cover the travel expenses of the Certifying Body's auidtor(s), including plane fare;
  The quoted price shall be inclusive of VAT and other government taxes for the services;
  Payment shall be made after each audit accomplishment and upon receipt of the billing statement
  VCWD retains the option to postpone or cancel audit date without incurring additional cost or penalty;
  In the event of VCWD terminating the contract before any audit activities, no additional charges shall be imposed;
  The certifying body must possess experience in auditing and certifying Local Water Districts;
  The Assigned auditor(s) must be familiar with the Local dialect or fluent in Tagalog;
  The Certifying body must send a notice one (1) month before the scheduled audit.
