Description : 1 LOT HIRING OF HIGHLY TECHNICAL CYBERSECURITY CONSULTANCY TO ESTABLISH A SECURITY OPERATIONS CENTER (SOC)
1. PROJECT DELIVERABLES
1.1. Organization-s cybersecurity policies;
1.2. Organization-s SOC strategy and manual of operation;
1.3. Cybersecurity Audit Manual;
1.4. Incident Response Process Plan;
1.5. Identify additional software/tools to supplement the policies/frameworks and SOC strategy.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF CDA
"2.1. Provide the needed information and reference materials to the consultancy service. ICTD will conduct an ICT asset inventory;
2.2. Facilitate the conduct of coordination meeting/s and pilot testing between CDA and the consultancy service;
2.3. Assign a focal person from ICTD to coordinate with the consultancy service and;
2.4. Organize a Technical Working Group composed of representatives per Division and Unit/s to discuss and assess the initial requirements for identifying the organization-s suitable cybersecurity framework and SOC strategy. "
