Hiring of Firm for the Development of the Manual of Procedures

1. The Department of Health (DOH), through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) of 2024
intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Philippine Pesos (PhP13,000,000.00) being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Hiring
of Firm for the Development of the Manual of Procedures (MOP) for the Implementation
and Operationalization of the Adoption of the National Evaluation Policy Framework
(NEPF) in the Department of Health under REI No. 2024-012. Bids received in excess of
the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposal.
