Scope of Work of the Events Styling Director:
1. Lead the arrangement of an efficient trade fair including scouting of a suitable
venue as well as design and installation of booths;
2. Provide a suitable and strategic venue situated within General Santos City
business area with the following requirements:
- Approx. 360sqm area for trade exhibit;
- preferably, mall area with proper ventilation and air-conditioning
system;
- with around 25,000 daily foot traffic;
- accessible to public;
- with provision of security and maintenance services;
3. Delivery, installation and dismantling of Twenty (25) MSME BOOTHS with
complete accessories/facilities based on the assigned booth size and lay out
with the following requirements:
- 25 Display Booths for MSMEs and additional carpets for special set
up with measurement 2 mx 2m back-to-back booth;
- Provision of booth signages measuring 18cm height, approximately
