Description : Hiring of Contractor for the Inventory and Organization of the Commission on Population and Development Library Management System 1 lot
The contractor shall perform or deliver the following:
Conduct of an inventory of active physical library collections of approximately 15,000 volumes;
Assessment of the physical condition and informational value of materials through list indicating books and materials that can be retained, donated, or disposed of;
Development of a proposed Collection Management Guidelines; and,
Attendance to meetings requested by the end-user division and CPD Management.
