Description : I. RATIONALE

Pursuant to the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council-s (JJWC) mandate to provide technical assistance in the formulation and implementation of policies and programs under the juvenile justice and welfare system, the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council (JJWC) through its Secretariat finds it necessary to develop a Manual of Operations (MOP) for the Agricultural Camp (AgriCamp) prior to its operationalization. The MOP will establish standardized policies, procedures, and operational protocols to ensure the protection of the rights and welfare of Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) of age, while promoting accountability, rehabilitation, and future release and reintegration.
