Description : SCOPE OF WORK and SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES:
A. The Consultant shall undertake the following:
1. Submit an inception report prior to the conduct of the workshops with separate section for the Business Continuity Planning and Succession Planning Training Workshops.
2. Coordinate with RCU XI for the preparation of the conduct of the planning workshops.
3. Serve as resource person/s and facilitator/s of the 3-day Business Continuity Planning/ Workshop for BARBCO.
4. Package the Business Continuity Plan of BARBCO and submit to RCU XI within ten (10) days after the conduct of the workshop.
5. Serve as resource person/s and facilitator/s of the two (2) 2-day Succession Planning Training-Workshops.
6. Facilitate/ guide the six (6) FO participants in formulating their individual draft Succession Plan and package these plans to be submitted to RCU 11 within 15 days after the conduct of the workshops.
