The Surveillance Audit shall cover the processes of Program Registration, Assessment and Certification, and Development of Training Regulations (TRs) and Competency Assessment Tools (CATs) in TESDA Central/Regional/Provincial Offices and its support processes from among the sites listed below. (See attached TOR - VI SCOPE OF WORK)
