INVITATION TO BID FOR: Hiring of Celebrity Artist/Performer for Hinulawan Festival and Fiesta Celebration 2025

1. The City Government of Toledo under the CMO-SPA: Socio-Cultural Economic Act.- Hinulawan Festival & Independence Day Celeb. (Other MOOE) - has appropriated the sum of THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php3,500,000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Hiring of Celebrity Artist/Performer for Hinulawan Festival and Fiesta Celebration 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of (3) calendar days per activity design upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and/or NTP.
