INVITATION TO BID FOR: Hiring of Artistic Director Services and Over All Artistic Production for Pasko sa Toledo 2025

1. The City Government of Toledo under the CMO-SPA: Socio-Cultural ECO, ACT, Pasko sa Toledo/Sinulog (Procurement of Services for Artistic Director & Media Production) Augmentation #38 - has appropriated the sum of SEVEN MILLION PESOS (Php7,000,000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Hiring of Artistic Director Services and Over All Artistic Production for Pasko sa Toledo 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of (40) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and/or NTP.
