Description : The project calls for the detailed Architectural and
Engineering (A & E) design for the renovation and rehabilitation of four (4) storey office building with an estimated floor area of approximately 5,000 sq. m. located at Lazatin Blvd., San Agustin, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Shall include the design of the Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO) of San Fernando and amenities such as child- minding center, lobby and library.

Green Building and Universal Design are encouraged to be part of the criteria in the formulation of the design.

The A & E Design Firm shall render architectural and allied engineering design services necessary for the renovation and rehabilitation of the office building. The allied engineering design services shall include but not limited to design for civil/structural, sanitary. Plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, electronics and communications including telephone, IT (structural cabling) and security system.
