Description : The Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM), through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2024 (Continuing) and General Appropriations Act for FY 2025 4 intends to apply the sum of:
Lot 1- Hiring of Aircraft and Crew (including Supply and Delivery of Salt) for BSWM 30-hr Cloudseeding Operation for CY 2024 under RICE PSS CONTINUING- PhP 3,097,920.00
Lot 2- Hiring of Aircraft and Crew (including Supply and Delivery of Salt) for BSWM 25-hr Cloudseeding Operation for CY 2025 under RICE PSS CURRENT- PhP 2,590,000.00
With a total of PhP 5,687,920.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
