Hire of Lights and Sound System for PaMaNa Festival 2025

1. The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Kalinga, through the General Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Hire of Lights and Sound System for PaMaNa Festival 2025 under IB No. 2025-09. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Kalinga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required to be delivered/rendered on the date of the activity, March 24-28, 2025. The supplier is required to render the service after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
