Hematology Coagulation Reagents under Machine Tie-Up (NCGH)
ITB No. 2026-LS-11
1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, using a single-year for a duration of one-year Framework Agreement, through the 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Pesos (Php 336,000.00), and the PIN-2026-LS-11 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for Hematology Coagulation Reagents under Machine Tie-Up (NCGH). Delivery of the Goods is as stated in the Call-Off order. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
