Description : 1. The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2025 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php1,015,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges being the ABC to payments under the contract for Heavy Equipment Rental for Road Maintenance of Mine 3 Project (“Project”). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PNOC EC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The project duration is one (1) year after the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
