Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of the Island Garden City of Samal, through the Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,339,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for HEAVY DUTY PERFECT BINDER under PR# 2025-11-5403. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
a. The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the Special Education Funds intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,339,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of the Island Garden City of Samal now invites bids for the HEAVY DUTY PERFECT BINDER under PR# 2025-11-5403. Delivery of the Goods should have completed, within Thirty (30) Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
