"Heavy-Duty 15KVA Gasoline Inverter Generator for Mayon, Pinatubo and Taal Auxiliary Volcano and General Santos Observatories"

1. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 1,400,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for "Heavy-Duty 15KVA Gasoline Inverter Generator for Mayon, Pinatubo and Taal Auxiliary Volcano and General Santos Observatories" with the Purchase Request Number 420250906122-0-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
