INVITATION TO BID FOR

HEALTH FACILITIES ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM
(PROCUREMENT OF ULTRASOUND MACHINE)

1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Health Facilities Enhancement Program (Procurement of Ultrasound Machine) - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to commence by the bidder. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
