1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (Php 99,975.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Health Emergency Resources Prepositioning. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Action Camera, Handheld Radio, Cellphone and Hard Drive. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
