Deliverables of the Supplier:
1. The supplier shall deliver and administer (one day only) onsite the Recombinant Varicella-Zoster Virus Glycoprotein E Antigen Vaccines per the approved specifications to IPOPHL office located at Intellectual Property Center, #28 Upper McKinley Road, McKinley Hill Town Center, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
2. The supplier must ensure that the vaccinators are licensed nurse/s and should operate under the supervision of a physician. Consequently, the supplier must provide IPOPHL with photocopies of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) licenses of the vaccinator/s and physician.
