Description : Please quote your lowest price for the requirements listed hereunder subject to the Terms and Conditions stated below and submitted to the office duly signed.
PROCUREMENT TERMS and CONDITIONS:
1. Price Quotation should be inclusive of the 5% final VAT and expanding withholding tax (EWT) of 1%.
2. Evaluation of bids will be conducted on a "per Lot" basis.
3. If awarded the contract, processing and payment shall be made within seven (7) working days after complete delivery and final acceptance of the item and services.
4. Delivery period: November 28, 2025
5. Award of Contract shall be made to the lowest quotation (for goods) or the highest rated offer (for consulting services) which complies with the minimum technical specifications and other terms and conditions stated herein.
