Description : 1) The QUEZON CITY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT, through the 2026 General Fund intends, to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos and 00/100 Only (Php 3,999,990.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for project number HEALTH-26-CS-005B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
