1. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 41 series of 2024, dated 20 December 2024 (GF/20% EDF) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php1,999,950.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NS-11-15-25-06: Hauling/Transport, Treatment and Disposal of Infectious Waste/Pathological Waste. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar now invites bids for the Hauling/Transport, Treatment and Disposal of Infectious Waste/Pathological Waste. Delivery of the Services is required by 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
