HAULING/DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE
AT MUNICIPALITY OF LAUR, NUEVA ECIJA

1. The Municipality of Laur, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One million four hundred thousand pesos (PhP 1,400,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Hauling/Disposal of Garbage at Municipality of Laur, Nueva Ecija with Project ID No. GOODS-2025-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Laur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services is required until June 30, 2025. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
