TERMS OF REFERENCE

APPROVED BUDGET FOR CONTRACT
The SPAL-Davao has an approved budget for the contract (ABC) amounting One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100,000.00) of chemical hazardous wastes.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The TSD facility/contractor/operator shall render effective and proper collection, transport, storage, treatment and disposal of chemical wastes based on DENR Implementing Rules and Regulation and other existing regulations for Chemical Waste Disposal.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Supplier/Service Provider shall provide complete services for the hauling, collection, transport, treatment, storage, and final disposal of hazardous chemical wastes generated by SPAL-Davao.
