Description : HAULING AND TIPPING OF RESIDUAL SOLID WASTES

1. The Municipality of Pandi, Bulacan, through the General Fund (GF) and 20% Development Fund (DF) intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Two Million Pesos Only (P 32,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for (BP-Goods-2025-067). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Pandi, Bulacan now invites bids for (BP- Goods-2025-067): Hauling and Tipping of Residual Solid Wastes.

3. Prospective bidders shall at least comply to the Terms of Reference, to wit. The contractor shall manage and operate a Sanitary Landfill in accordance with RA 9003. The service provider shall guarantee and undertake the transport and dispose collected waste in accordance with RA 9003. The contractor shall maintain two (2) container bins at all times to be placed in Pandi, Bulacan for necessary operations for the handling of the said materials on site. The basis of tipping fee shall be in cubic meter.
