INVITATION TO BID FOR THE HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF RESIDUAL WASTE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM CY2025

1. The City Government of Palayan, through the Special Purpose Lump-sum Fund intends to apply the sum of (Php3,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for hauling and disposal of residual waste. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Palayan now invites bids for hauling and disposal of residual waste. Completion of the project is required as provided in the Specials Conditions of Contract and the Technical Specifications as provided in the BID Documents. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
