INVITATION TO BID FOR

Supply and Installation of One (1) lot of Wastewater Treatment System Equipment for the use of PG-ENRO Laboratory

1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the Continuing Appropriation of the Capability Building Program - General Fund of FY 2020 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Four Pesos and 47/100 (P 4,485,764.47) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
