The PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority, through its Board-approved Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Eight and 78/100 Pesos (Php1,774,768.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF LABOR, TOOLS, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND SUPERVISION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF 8-BED ROOM BUILDING AT OLD PHIVIDEC-IA ADMINISTRATIVE COMPOUND, TAGOLOAN, MISAMIS ORIENTAL (GSD-JAN-25-072).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
