I. DESCRIPTION
1. Group Hospitalization Insurance Plan : Provides hospital, surgical and medical care benefits whether on account of sickness or injury. This covers in-patient hospitalization.
2. In-Patient Hospitalization: A 24-hour hospitalization coverage that reimburses actual, necessary, reasonable, and customary hospital and medical expenses incurred by the insured employees if hospitalized as a registered bed-patient for a covered disability, in a duly registered hospital or clinic, and for at least six (6) hours.
I. SCHEDULE OF BENEFITS
The Group Hospitalization Insurance Plan of LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT - PILAR will cover hospitalization expenses of your insured employees, Superimposed of PhilHealth based on the following limits:
