*Risk Assumption: Assume all risks related to BSP's R-FAP, including coverage for both scouting and non-scouting activities
*Claims Settlement: Ensure the prompt and efficient settlement of valid claims submitted through BSP's National Office, adhering to the insurance policy's terms and conditions.
*Timely Settlement: Settle valid claims within ten (10) calendar days from the approval date, upon receipt of complete documentation.
*Regular Reporting: Provide BSP with quarterly reports on insurance claims status, policy updates, and other relevant information.
*Program Manager Training: Conduct training sessions and provide informational materials to equip BSP's Program Manager with the necessary knowledge and skills to administer the program effectively.
