To equip experienced tour guides with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively mentor new guides in promoting market tourism as a cultural food and gastronomic experience.

To introduce and implement the Market Tourism: A Philippine Palengke Experience module through a structured and replicable training format across all regions.

To produce a comprehensive training compendium that will serve as a practical guide for DOT Regional Offices in rolling out and localizing the Market Tourism Program

To contribute to diversifying the Philippines- tourism offerings in alignment with the National Tourism Development Plan-s (NTDP) vision of anchoring tourism on Filipino culture, heritage, and identity.
