  Description : The procured Travel and Tour Operator (Service Provider) shall be responsible for the delivery and execution of the following activities and components in support of the Metro Manila hosted tours for the Philippine Hosting of ASEAN 2026, in accordance with the approved terms of reference, tour programs, and applicable government standards:
  
  
  A. Tour Operations and Logistics Management
  
  · Provision of air-conditioned transportation units through DOT-accredited tourist transport operators and DOT-accredited Travel and Tour Operators, inclusive of vehicles, drivers, fuel, toll fees, parking fees, and related requirements;
  
  · Management of tour routing, scheduling, and timing to ensure efficient and timely movement of delegates in accordance with approved tour programs;
  
  · Assignment of tour coordinators to oversee on-ground tour execution and address operational requirements during tour conduct.
