The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur, through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos (Php 20,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Ground Development of PGAS Government Center (Landscaping Infront of Provincial Capitol Building/Infront of Asis Building/Infront of Libarnes Building) at Gov. D.O. Plaza Government Center, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur with Contract Ref No. 25-48 GI. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
