Tender are invited for Ground Development of the NDCP Academic Complex

Description : 1) The Department of National Defense (DND)/National Defense College of the Philippines (DND/NDCP), through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Sixty Million Pesos (PhP 60,000,000.) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Ground Development of the NDCP Academic Complex. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DND/NDCP now invites bids for Ground Development of the NDCP Academic Complex, General Enrile Avenue, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City. The project covers road network, perimeter fencing, perimeter lighting and CCTV system, guardhouse, drainage system, parking, landscape, building marking, and covered and open pathwalk with the lot area:

Land Area: 13, 691.58 SQM
Parking area: 553.06 SQM
Road Network area: 3,313.20 SQM
Landscape area: 2,240.19 SQM
Add-l NDCP Property Area: 157 SQM
