  Requirements:
  1. Items 1-2 are considered as 1 lot
  2. Must be compatible with the existing machine: VITEK 2 Compact
  3. Shelf-life or more than 1 year
  4. To provide guarantee letter from the supplier to replace the items delivered
  with a shelf-life of less than 1 year from the date of delivery, provided, it will be
  returned (3) months before the expiry date. The supplier shall coordinate with
  end-user's approval on the expiration dates of items before the scheduled
  delivery. The end-user has the right to reject if the expiration date is below
  6 months upon delivery
