Project Timeline:
• Delivery of the licenses shall be made within five (5) calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Incomplete deliverables beyond the set timeline shall be subject to liquidated damages to be computed by IPOPHL.

Payment Schedule:
• Payment will be on a send-bill arrangement to be settled within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of a billing statement and complete supporting documents subject to usual accounting rules and regulations.

• Must be an IT company duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for at least five (5) years.
