1.The CITY OF GENERAL TRIAS through the General intends to apply the sum THIRTY THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT AND 82/100 PESOS (33,998,748.82) Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROJECT REFERENCE NO. GOODS-PB-2026-005- PURCHASE OF ENVELOPES, NOTEBOOKS AND NOTEPADS FOR DISTRIBUTION TO STUDENTS OF CITY OF GENERAL TRIAS received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
