1.The CITY OF GENERAL TRIAS through the General Fund intends to apply the sum TWO HUNDRED NINETY THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (293,420,000.00) Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROJECT REFERENCE NO. GOODS-PB-2025-007 PROCUREMENT FOR THE HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE/GARBAGE FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING FEBRUARY 1, 2025 TO NOVEMBER 30, 2025 IN THE CITY OF GENERAL TRIAS received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
