Description : In view of the two (2) Public Biddings, the Barangay Council of Barangay Lapinig del Norte through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and, Budget Approved by Sanggunian, Brgy. Fund 2025 (20% EDF) invites interested Bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Project, “Procurement of Materials for the Installation/Improvement of Solar St. Lights” in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Sixty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos Only (Php 69,999.00).
