Description : In view of the two (2) Public Biddings, the Barangay Council of Barangay Potong del Norte through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and, Budget Approved by Sanggunian, Brgy. Fund 2024 (SPA CY2024) invites interested Bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Project, “PROCUREMENT OF TRI-WHEELED VEHICLE” in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 260,000.00).
