Description : In view of the two (2) Public Biddings, the Barangay Council of Barangay Lapinig del Sur through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and Budget Approved by Sanggunian, Brgy. Fund 2024 (20% EDF), invites interested Bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Project, “Procurement of Materials for the Construction of MRF” in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Hundred Forty Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 145,000.00).
