1. The BARANGAY COUNCIL OF KAMPUNG ISLAM, through the AB FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (P240,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 1 UNIT DESKTOP COMPUTER WITH ID CARD PRINTER AND SYSTEM for PR No. 2025-02-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY COUNCIL OF KAMPUNG ISLAM now invites bids for the 1 UNIT DESKTOP COMPUTER WITH ID CARD PRINTER AND SYSTEM. Delivery of the GOODS is required by Seven (7) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within a period of ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, with a value of at least (50%) of the ABC and to meet other eligibility requirements stated in the Eligibility Documents.
