INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT GOODS 2026-001(NP) Lease of Venue with catering services within Catbalogan City

The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2026 VARIOUS OFFICES FUND, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Pesos ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC 4,667,460.00) with a contract duration from the receipt of Notice to Proceed until March 31, 2026 Section 53.10 of RA 9184/RA 12009 for Goods 2026-001 (NP) Lease of Venue with catering services within Catbalogan City. Partial bids are allowed and Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
