The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2025- CMO (Loan) FUND intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-TWO MILLION EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS (P22,084,315.00) only. being the ABC to payments under the contract for GOODS 2025-073 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) UNIT SERVICE VEHICLE VAN (A/T) AND TWENTY-THREE SEATERS MINIBUS (A/T) (Brand New), Catbalogan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
