The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2025 Non Office (Kalimpyo Katbalogan) SWM Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy Pesos (P4,987,170.00)) only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Goods 2024-033. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
