INVITATION TO BID FOR GOODS 2025-033 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 57 UNITS SMART TV, CATBALOGAN CITY

1. The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2025 Capital Outlay (Special Trust Fund of LDRRM intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (P11,400,000.00) only. being the ABC to payments under the contract for GOODS 2025-033 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 57 UNITS SMART TV CATBALOGAN CITY Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Catbalogan, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 35 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
