“GOODS-2025--021- SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MEDICINES AND DENTAL SUPPLIES
AT MHO SAN JOSE, TARLAC”

1. The LGU San Jose, Tarlac had allocate funds under Annual Budget CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Thirty One Thousand Five Hundred Forty One Pesos & 50/100 only (Php 1,731,541.50) for “Goods-2025-021- Supply & Delivery of Various Medicines and Dental Supplies at MHO San Jose, Tarlac”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU San Jose, Tarlac now invites bids for for “Goods-2025-021- Supply & Delivery of Various Medicines and Dental Supplies at MHO San Jose, Tarlac” using the Public Bidding Methods of Procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
