INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT GOODS 2025-007 (NP) Supply and Delivery Printing and Reproduction of School Forms , Catbalogan City

The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2025 CCCC Funds , intends to apply the sum One Hundred Sixty Two Four Hundred Fifty PESOS (P162,450.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration of Twenty Five (25) days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed under Section 53.9 of RA 9184 for Goods 2025-007 (NP). Partial bids is not allowed and Bids received in excess of the ABC per activity shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat at the City Procurement Office 4TH Floor City Hall Catbalogan City and inspect the Documents from 10:00 am-5:00 pm from the date of posting until 9:00 am of January 27, 2025.
