INVITATION TO BID FOR
GOODS 2025-007-023 PROCUREMENT OF ACCOMMODATION, VENUE, MEALS & SNACKS FOR THE CAPDEV / TRAININGS - GENDER RESPONSIVE PLANNING AND BUDGETING FOR 50 PARTICIPANTS.

1. The Municipality of Dumanjug, through the GAD Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 520,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Goods 2025-007-023 Procurement of Accomodation, Venue, Meals & Sanacks for the CapDev / Trainings - Gender Responsive Planning and Budgeting for 50 Participants. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Dumanjug now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by July 23-July 25, 2025. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
